Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the condition received, and include the original packaging and accessories where applicable. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact us through the ANTVERO Contact page before sending an item back. Do not return items to an address shown on a shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so, because the correct return destination can vary by product and fulfillment location.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility. If an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us with photos or other supporting information so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment may no longer be cancellable.
