We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing can take longer during holidays, supplier delays, high-volume periods, or when an order needs verification.

Estimated delivery

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates can take additional time to appear after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact ANTVERO through our Contact page with your order number and relevant details. We will review the case with our fulfillment partners and work toward an appropriate resolution.
