We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, supplier delays, high-volume periods, or when an order requires verification.
Estimated delivery
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Delayed, lost, or damaged orders
